
Reverend Justin Ledbetter
Rev. Justin Ledbetter became lead pastor of the Farmington United Methodist
Church on Sunday, July 10, 2005. His mission is to lead the church in making
disciples of Jesus Christ. Rev. Ledbetter previously served the Arkansas
United Methodist Church as Director of the Wesley Foundation at Arkadelphia.
In addition to campus ministry leadership, he has served the church in a
variety of contexts from Arkansas to Great Britain ministering with
individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds.
Rev. Ledbetter is a native Arkansan and a graduate of Hendrix College. He
received his Master of Divinity from the United Methodist Seminary at Drew
University in May, 2001. Following graduation, Pastor Justin served as the
associate pastor to the Grace Community UMC in Fort Smith where his
leadership focused on small group ministry, discipleship and missions.
Pastor Justin has leadership gifts in numerous ministries including
congregational development, contemporary worship, young adult & student
ministry and missions.
Justin & his wife, Susan, are both elders in the United Methodist Church
serving as clergy here in Arkansas. Rev. Susan Ledbetter is lead pastor to
the Wiggins UMC in Fayetteville. The couple looks forward to the birth of
their first child due in February, 2008. Together, they are sharing in
ministry and enjoy the outdoor life in Arkansas.

Alan Castleberry, Music Director
A life long Methodist, Alan grew up in the small town of Lamar, Arkansas.
He took piano lessons for several years in grade school and began playing the guitar at 13.
This was the time contemporary music was in its early stages and church
youth groups is where it was evolving from. Playing guitar for MYF helped him get a
good foundation in music and in faith.Alan attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma getting a Journalism Degree graduating in 1980.
Singing for the tourists, Alan performed at The Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs every weekend from 1998 to 2002.
He has sang tenor in many different church choirs and community chorale's over the years. He played Jesus at
Central Methodist's annual "Last Supper" program for seven years. He also was a member of Central's Contemporary
Praise Band for 2 years.Alan has lived in the Fayetteville area since 1992. He and his wife Kate now live in Greenland. They both are members
of the Newgrass Band called the Ozone Players.
