Disciple Bible Study  Click here for more information

Our church is committed to International Faith Development and we believe that we are called by God to share in Bible Study with other Christians as a part of a covenant for growth as disciples in Christ. Our primary focus is Disciple: Becoming Disciples through Bible Study.  Disciple Bible Study is a 34 week Bible Study starting with an overview of the Bible in Disciple I and continuing an in-depth study in the following years.  FUMC is currently offering Disciple I and Disciple II for 2009-2010.

Prayer Team

This ministry team is committed to pray for the church, staff, community and world daily.  To participate you need to make two commitments: 1) Commit to pray daily for the church and those on the prayer list. 2) Commit to pray before Worship Service each Sunday.

Care Team

This ministry is committed to caring for our congregation and reaching out to new families in our church. Team members pray for and visit the sick and home-bound members, provide meals for families in times of grief, and assist families with new babies after they come home from the hospital. The Care Team also "Mugs" our new visitors and helps them get connected to the life of the church.

UMKids

The Children's Ministry at FUMC is for children from birth to 13 (not yet in Jr. High). Opportunities to love and care for infants during worship services, help assist with pre-school children, share in Children's Church, and participate in our S.AM. groups.

UMYouth

Our Youth Ministry is a great place to experience God and find a fellowship where a lot happens. We believe that real growth can occur in the lives of young people and our Youth Ministry is an opportunity which allows just that. Be a part of UMYouth on Sunday nights, summer mission trips, and much more.
